Applications are invited for postdoctoral research assistant to explore the activation and functionalization of carbon dioxide using palladium catalysts, or the synthesis of new iron catalyts for olefin polymerization, with Professor Nilay Hazari. The project will focus the design of new catalysts followed by mechanistic investigations to understand how the catalysts work and is for an initial period of 12 months.

The successful applicant will already have a PhD in Chemistry, or have submitted a thesis prior to taking up the appointment, and will have a strong background in inorganic or organmetallic chemistry. Informal enquiries should be addressed to .
