Our client Adisseo develops and manufactures additives for animal nutrition. Adisseo's products improve the performance and competitiveness of premixers, feed manufacturers and integrators.
Focusing on research and innovation to carry on with his international development, Adisseo creates, in his Expertise and Research in Nutrition Center, a position of:

Researcher in Enzymes for animal nutrition (M/W)
Permanent contract, France (Auvergne)

In the research team, you are responsible for the scientific programs in the development of enzymes for animal nutrition. You will:
-Lead a group of post-doctoral, PhD researchers and internship students in the field of innovative research on enzymes as additives for animal nutrition,
-Drive and monitor relationships with both internal and external partners (team, marketing, research labs?)
-Define the research strategy and innovation lines,
-Communicate and boost internally the results of your team: reporting, committee decision, training of the technical managers,
-Enhance externally the results of your research: conferences, publications, network.

You have a PhD in Nutrition (animal or human) or in Enzymology (through a biochemical or microbiological or physiological approach) and you have done research studies, ideally in the field of enzymes as nutritional additives, during a postdoctoral and international position of at least five years. Preferably, you have a first experience of management.

Through your professional experience, you have demonstrated your scientific creativity and innovation capabilities. An analytical and synthetic mind, combined with your scientific curiosity, allow you to carry out high level projects. Result oriented and pragmatic, you appreciate applied research in an industrial context. You know how to motivate your team thanks to your leadership and your ability to listen to others.
You are able to communicate scientific information to an international community and interface with multidisciplinary teams. If possible, you speak French.
