We have a postdoc opening available in the area of physical and analytical chemistry of colloids, polyelectrolytes, and interfaces. Our research is primarily experimentally oriented and relies relying on state-of-the-art experimental tools, including scanning probe microscopy, light scattering, reflectometry, and modern electrochemical methods. Theoretical tools and computer simulations are often used in quantitative data analysis and mathematical modeling of the underlying processes.

Prerequisites are PhD in chemistry, physics, engineering, or a related area, a strong scientific record, and in depth experience in at least one of the fields or techniques mentioned above. Experience with computers and knowledge in computer programming is welcome. Enthusiasm for top-quality research and teaching is as important as good oral and written communications skills and flair for teamwork.
