To support its research strategy, the Quality & Safety Department at the NRC is seeking a:

Senior Research Scientist in Analytical Chemistry

Main responsibilities:
- Provide scientific insight to the different projects of the group
- Develop new themes around analytical chemistry
- Manage R&D projects
- Participate to the GLP task of the laboratory
- Write reports, LI and publications when appropriate

Required profile:
-PhD in chemistry with a broad scientific background
-5-10 years of professional experience in analytical chemisty
-Experience of project management in food/pharma industry
-Experience in people management and in Quality Safety activities would be highly valued
-Fluent in written and spoken English, French would be a plus

-Excellent communication skills
-Scientific insight with ability to lead projects at NRC level
-Dynamic team worker with a sense of initiative
