To support its research strategy, the Food Science & Technology Department at the NRC is seeking a:

Foam/Emulsion Process Engineer/Scientist

Main responsibilities:
Lead and/or support projects in the area of food dispersions process engineering
Develop lab-scale processing of foam and emulsions
Interact with the Nestlé Product Technology Centers for process up-scaling
Be in charge of project management
Supervise technicians and students

Required profile:
PhD in Food/Chemical Engineering
Research experience in the field of complex fluids (foams and emulsions)
Strong project management skills
Fluency in English is required, Knowledge of French is strongly advised

Excellent interactive and communication skills
