A postdoctoral position is available in organic chemistry at the University of Nantes in the laboratory CEISAM, in the frame of an ANR (French NSF) founded project. The salary will be about 1900 euros/month free of charge. The position which is available immediately, is offered initially for one year, and can be prolonged for a second year, if both parties are willing.

The work will involve extensive research in the synthesis of various original polymer-supported organostannanes reagents and their applications in organic synthesis (heterocycle compounds notably). The successful candidate should have a solid background in synthetic organic and organometallic chemistry. In addition, the candidate should be very enthusiastic and should appreciate to work closely with a team.
